Our Guest
Alma is a pioneer in Mexico in the study, practice, and design of courses in government scientific advice and scientific diplomacy. She is an enthusiast of science communication and outreach. She has been a fellow of the Mexican Academy of Sciences, the Pfizer Scientific Institute, the Mexican Council of Israeli Women, and the National Council of Science and Technology. Alma is a member of the Steering Committee of the Latin American Chapter of the International Network of Government Scientific Advice (INGSA) and in 2020 she was admitted as a member of the Global Young Academy (GYA), an international Academy that brings together 200 young scientists from around the world.
